Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided after purchase, all sales of digital products are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.

However, we want every customer to have a positive experience with AGLAVOX. If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchase, receive an incorrect file, or believe you were charged more than once for the same order, please contact us at hello@aglavox.com.

We will review eligible requests on a case-by-case basis and work to resolve legitimate technical or billing issues.
